2004 Wrangler horn not working. WHY!?

Does the horn work when you jump it from the battery?If not you need a new horn.If it does work you may have a bad relay,fuse or clock spring.When removing the airbag always pull the yellow airbag fuse first and disconnect battery.The clock spring will require removal of the steering wheel so you will need a steering wheel puller.
