Has anyone used vica.com to buy sungles?

Are they reputable? Are their products authentic? I'm buying my groomsmen ray ban aviator shades for a gift, and they seem to have a great price, but it does not appear they are a U.S. business and I need to know if they are legitimate. If not, do you know anywhere else to get a good deal on shades?
