Marijauna, should it be legal since alcohol (kills families and incocent people) is legal?

I mean let's be realistic, alcohol is legal however it tears apart families and a drunk person getting behind the wheel of a car is far more dangerous than someone high on marijauna. Governments are stupid enough to recognize this. Get 2 rooms - 1st room are 20 people getting drunk, Outcome = 20 loud rowdy people with possibilty of fights 2nd room are 20 people smoking weed, Outcome = a bunch of stoners looking at each other talking about their bongs and what they think of life but chances of fights are super slim... Now chances of it breaking up families compared to alcohol is slimmer and chances of someone getting in a car and killing incocent people are much less.
