Which cable & internet package is best, Comcast, AT&T, Cox, or others?

I am not much help because I would not move to a city that does not offer Cox Cable. I too have beeb using them for years. I have heard only negatives about Time Warner and AT&T. My best suggestion is to find somewhere else to move.
