Where can I get a drum to rotor brake conversion kit?

Front disc brakes were a factory option on that car. You might be able to find what you need in a wrecking yard, but the parts would have to be reconditioned. Some parts might be available from the dealer or parts stores. For all the parts you are getting in that kit, the price is cheap. Most other kits run a lot more.
