Crohns disease and bleeding?

I have had crohns disease since I was 15. I am 32 years old now. For the past year I have been sick and the last few months I have had bleeding with stools and even blood without stools!! Its taken over 6 months to get in to see my specialist,and I finally will see him tomorrow. I went into hospital last Wednesday thinking the blood was in my urine, but there was no sign of it. The hospital Dr released me with a low hemoglobin of 90, when normal is 120-150. My family Dr called several times and wants me to check into hospital. I finally see the specialist tomorrow, so I said I would wait to see what he says. Im very concerned about the blood, but what can the hospital do about it? I just dont think I can handle another colonoscopy. Is that all they will do?
