All the products you have been using are good over the counter products. But in all honesty I think its time for you to see a dermatologist. I think it would be in your best intrest if you made the investment in yourself and went and got perscription medication. I had a friend who was in a similar situation to yours, and he ended up going to his primary doctor, then got a referal to a dermatologist. I know this isn't the answer you were probably looking for but i truly hope it helps.
