Is there anything I can do to get rid of chronic, severe diarhhea?

I've had severe diarhhea for almost 3 months. My doctors can't seem to figure out what's wrong with me. Even after numersous tests, bloodwork, CT scans and a colonoscopy, they don't have a clue Is there any home remedy I could try??
