Teacher needs Uniform Pants?

I am a teacher and we are required to wear uniforms the same style as the students. We are required to wear light blue shirts, which are easy to find and navy blue pants. I am having a hard time finding the pants, they are not generally in style. I need a size 18 petite. Does any one know of any web sites that might have them. I am in my 20's so the styles I have seen are well for "old Ladies." I would perfer wide leged or flare style pants and would also like to find some capri's in the same color... I tried ies girl.com and ies.com and I did not like their selction.... any teachers or parents know where to get adult sized uniform clothes online...thanks
