Why do Democrats accuse Republicans of outsourcing jobs? Isn't Obama about to p something worse then NAFTA?

I accuse CEO's of outsourcing as a result of Globalization. I'm anti-Globalization and Anti-Consumerism (buying on credit, buying to be happy, buying what you DON'T need)
