Physics kinematic problem please help!!?

Try and think of it backwards. Think of the flea as falling .410m due to gravity. Now you know the acceleration, displacement and an initial velocty of 0 at the top of free fall. Now you need the final velocity (same as initial velocity going up). Isn't there a formula that relates acceleration, displacement and velocity?:-) Good luck!
